Warranty:
All sales are made without any warranty or representation expressed, implied
or statutory from Biocell Laboratories, Inc. No claims beyond replacement
for unacceptable material, as confirmed by Biocell Laboratories, Inc.,
or beyond credit of purchase price shall be honored.
Biocell Laboratories, Inc. shall not be liable to purchaser for damages, cost, lost or expense of all
or portion of an order due to 1. Acts of Nature, Strike, Embargo, Acts of State, Local or Foreign Government
and their agents; 2. Commercial unavailability of needed item of supple or material. 3. Delay or loss of
shipment from Biocell Laboratories, Inc. suppliers; 4. Any cause beyond the control of, without fault of,
or without the negligence of Biocell Laboratories, Inc. promptly shall notify purchaser(s) of the cause
of delay or inability to perform as provided for herein and may, when appropriate, provide information
concerning price and availability of alternative products.
Returns:
A return authorization number (RGA) is required for all materials returned
for credit or exchange. Credit or replacement for products that have been
authorized for return cannot be processed until receipt of returned merchandise.
We are not liable for products, which became unstable due to improper storage
or treatment, or items which are on hand after recommended shelf life.
All returns are subject to a 25% handling and restocking fee exercised at our discretion. All orders for custom formulations are considered non-cancelable.
Conditions:
All products listed herein are for in-vitro and research applications only and are not to be used for drug purposes or administered to humans. All information presented is believed to be accurate. As no current test methods assure that human blood products are non-infectious, all human serum should be treated as if capable of transmitting infectious disease. Biocell Laboratories, Inc. retains the right to change, alter or add products, specifications, descriptions, testing methodologies, etc. on the basis of governmental mandates or at its discretion
Ordering Information:
Orders may be placed by telephone, mail, fax or email.
Terms are Net 30 Days on approved credit.
Shipments:
All shipments are F.O.B., Rancho Dominguez, California (Shipping Point).
Shipments are made "Best Way" unless otherwise specified.
Claims for loss or damaged of products are the responsibility of the purchaser and should be reported to the carrier within 10 Days.
Export Shipments:
Due to the added expense necessary to prepare for an overseas shipment, a $60.00 export charge may be applied to all orders under $500.00. Terms for export sales are Net 30 Days on approved credit. A letter of credit is accepted in lieu of credit history. Also required are detailed shipping instructions, billing instructions, name, freight forwarder, preferred routing and nearest airport. For shipments containing animal products that require a USDA Export Certificate or Sanitary Certificate a charge will be applied.
Cancellations:
For stock items, cancellation of orders must be made at least 48 hours
prior to the scheduled shipping date. Orders for custom formulations will
be considered firm and non-cancelable.
Shortage/Damage Claims:
Please notify Biocell Laboratories, Inc. of any discrepancies in your order immediately.
